I’ve been with Helen and her team since 2014. They are just great. My most recent aids are also Bluetooth so I now use my mobile in preference to the landline because the sound is so clear. Also can tune into smart tv and iPad so husband can be spared some of my entertainment choices! Cannot recommend Monmouthshire Hearing Centre highly enough.

After 5 years of struggling with NHS aids I have finally made a decision and purchased customised , private aids from Monmouthshire Hearing Centre and WOW, what a game changer. No more irritated ears, no more itching, no more fiddling, no more battery changing, no more whistling , no more pushing a plastic tube through the aids to clean them. I can’t express my delight in my new rechargeable aids. I actually enjoy wearing them as I can hear clearly with great clarity. I forget that I’m wearing them, they are so comfortable. I can pair my mobile phone with my aids and answer calls through my aids therefore hands free. If anyone is struggling with their NHS aids or can’t decide about buying private aids I would say with complete honesty just take the plunge and go for it, treat yourself. I haven’t looked back, my only regret is that I didn’t do this 5 years ago.

I have been with them since 2006, been well looked after and no problem is too small. I recently had a checkup and my hearing has got worse but it was explained to me with such professionalism that it put me at ease with the aid of graph showing me details of my lost. I would recommend them 100%.
